The
Immigrants
A Project to identify entry points for the
Riehle name into North America
|
We are
aware of several Riehle entry points into North America:
Martin, Clemens, Conrad, Felix, etc. Unfortunately these
are all mid-nineteenth century immigrants into the Midwest.
We know that there are many Riehles in Pennsylvania, New York
and other parts of the country who descended from Riehles that
preceded these immigrants, and of course others came after.
To improve the flow of
information and to encourage research on Riehle ancestry, we
hope to identify as many Riehle immigrants as possible.
The objective would be to allow any Riehle who can identify
their immigrant ancestor to be able to use Riehle.Net to gain
additional information and/or to contribute what they discover
in their research. Accordingly, the Immigrant list will
include any immigrants that are known or likely to have Riehle
descendents living in North America today.
Please help us by identifying where your Riehle
ancestors came from and when they arrived.
