Janet and Nick Riehle and family live in Raleigh North Carolina, but have moved about a good deal.  Nick and Janet met at McGill University and married in Montreal in 1975.  Since then we have lived in Toronto, Belleville and Ottawa Ontario, Nashville TN, Atlanta GA and Hong Kong. 

Jennifer was born April 5, 1979 in Toronto and works at NC State University in Raleigh.  Michael was born January 7, 1981 in Belleville, Ontario and is a student at NC State.  Bobby was born June 13, 1985 in Atlanta and is also at NC State.  Greg was born December 30, 1988 on The Peak in Hong Kong and is a student at Leesville High School.

Janet Elizabeth (Curry) Riehle was born in Toronto, daughter of Don and Doris (Oliver) Curry and moved to Montreal as a 10 year old (more family detail).  Janet has roots in Canada, England and Scotland, including a connection to Laura Secord, a Canadian heroine of our War of 1812.

Nick (Joseph Nicholas) grew up in Cincinnati OH, fourth son of Joseph Eugene and Martha (LeSaint) Riehle, grandson of Albert and Johanna (Entner) Riehle, great-grandson of Francis Albert and Anna Catharine (Rapp) Riehle, great-great-grandson of Clemens and Cornelia (Mohr) Riehle (more detail).  Clemens moved to Cincinnati from Wagshurst, Baden, Germany in 1853.

We have to add that this family is somewhat obsessed with the sport of ice hockey.  We have been Carolina Hurricane season ticket holders since the team moved to North Carolina in 1997.  With Greg playing travel hockey and Bob playing for NC State's hockey team we are on the road many weekends during the year.  When we get back on Sunday nights, Nick, Mike and Bob play in a local adult league.
